I will provide you with the method/process to move to digital record keeping using Quickbooks Online and other digital inputting methods. Your records are kept safe and accurate on an computer outside your physical business location (see picture below) providing security and piece of mind. The best thing is both you and I have access to these records using login/password protections 24/7 to this computer. This eliminates the possibility of loss of information.

How do we do 21st Century Bookkeeping?
We use the following “apps” to work with you;
Quickbooks Online – cloud based software which does all the accounting functions
Zoom – computer to computer video connection where we “meet” in person on our live computer screen, by appointment
Smartsheet – software that allows me to manage projects remotely
Slack – software that is a messaging system for issues to resolved and don’t need video
Google Docs – a cloud based file management systems we both have access to
Below is a “Cloud Server” which is a large computer housed in a super secure location and maintained by professionals.
