Collection of your Personal Information SOB collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, address and
telephone number. SOB also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, preferences, interests and favorites.

In the event that you contact us for customer support through our website, we may also request that you provide additional User Information relevant to the support requested by you. Users are under no obligation to provide such information. However, we cannot guarantee that we can provide customer support in the event that relevant information related to the use of our products or services is withheld.

Media and Embedded content
If you upload images to the SOB site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. No method of safeguarding information is 100% secure. SOB uses a variety of security procedures to help
protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Our SOB website uses encryption (certified SSL protocol – Secure Socket Layer protocol) when transmitting personal information such as credit card information to us to process your order for payment.
The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect SOB site from specific kinds of attacks. Examples of conditions when logging occurs include login attempts, log out requests, requests for suspicious URL’s, changes to site content, and password updates. This information is retained for 60 days. The SOB site is scanned for potential malware and vulnerabilities by Sucuri’s SiteCheck. We do not send personal information to Sucuri; however, Sucuri could find personal information posted publicly, (such as in comments) during their scan.
